Accommodation

The State of Qatar will cover accommodation expenses at the conference venue (Ritz Carlton Doha) for two representatives per country/organisation/foundation/INGO/NGO for three nights provided registration meets the deadline of 3 April 2013.  These reservation for these two delegates will be done directly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of the delegates.

Additional representatives are encouraged and welcome but will be at their own expense. Accommodation arrangements for additional delegates should be made directly with the Ritz Carlton Doha or alternate hotels - including Retaj Hotel Doha.
