سيجمع المؤتمر الدولي للمانحين لدارفور بين ممثلي حكومة السوان، والجهات المانحة الدولية، والقطاعات المصرفية العاملة في مجال التنمية والمنظمات الدولية والوطنية غير الحكومية والصناديق والمؤسسات الدولية.
